Marina Steagall

Marina Steagall is an executive consultant, educator, and doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Diego.

With more than 25 years of global corporate experience, Marina has led teams and organizational transformations across multiple industries. Throughout her career, she has observed how different environments can reveal, strengthen, or suppress what individuals are able to contribute.

Marina founded Same Page Consulting to help organizations develop long-term strategies and create the conditions for sustained execution. She also teaches at the University of San Diego, where her doctoral research explores the relationship between leadership, human potential, and organizational conditions.

These experiences, together with her observations of how individuals thrive, inspired her to develop the Superpower Model™ and write Uncover Your Superpower.
